Cuban Ambassador meets with the Hon. Madam Speaker of the House of Representatives

On Thurdsay, 8^th April 2021, the Honourable Valerie Woods, Speaker of the House of Representatives had a courtesy visit from the Ambassador of Cuba to Belize, Her Excellency Lissette Pérez, in the Speaker’s Office, National Assembly Building, Belmopan. Her Excellency officially congratulated the Hon. Valerie Woods on her new role as Speaker of the House of Representatives. The two dignitaries discussed areas of common interest to both countries as well.

Also present was Mrs. Clarita Pech, Deputy Clerk of the National Assembly.
