Thursday, September 18, 2025 – The National Assembly of Belize was delighted to welcome three classes from St. Martin’s Government School in Belmopan for an educational visit aimed at introducing students to the work of Parliament.
During the session, students learned about the role and functions of the National Assembly and actively participated in a lively Question and Answer segment. Several brave students confidently answered questions and were rewarded with small prizes for their efforts.
The National Assembly extends its sincere appreciation to St. Martin’s Government School for their participation and engagement.
Other schools across Belize are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to give their students a first-hand experience of parliamentary life by arranging similar visits.
