Today, Tuesday, 30th May 2023, Mansfield University of Pennsylvania visited the National Assembly of Belize to receive an educational tour of Parliament.
Approximately 15 students along with their professor sat in the Public Galleries where they received a presentation on the functions of the House of Representatives and Senate. Fortunately, the group was able to meet with the Presiding Officer of the Senate, the President, who provided them with answers to their questions.
