Honorable Ramon Cervantes, Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Immigration is attending the 27th Extraordinary Meeting of the Forum of Speakers and Presidents of the Parliaments of Central America, the Caribbean Basin and Mexico (FOPREL) in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 24th and 25th July, 2022.
