Yesterday, 8th December 2021, the Honourable Valerie Woods, Speaker of the House of Representatives and Mrs. Clarita Pech, Deputy Clerk, paid a courtesy call to the Honourable Mia Mottley, Prime Minister of Barbados. In their conversation they discussed women in politics and touched on the opportunity for both parliaments of Belize and Barbados to work together in areas of mutual interest.
